A: Our moving cost is determined based on a combination of fixed and variable factors, including:
Base Charges
• Base fare – Standard starting fee for the vehicle and crew.
• Extra mileage fee – Applied when the moving distance exceeds the base mileage included.
Building Access
• Floor fee – Charged when there is no elevator access or items cannot fit in the elevator.
• Flat surface carrying fee – Charged when items must be carried over 100 meters on flat ground (¥2 per additional meter).
Labor & Services
• Labor fee – For additional manpower not included in standard service.
• Disassembly and reassembly fee – For furniture or equipment requiring breakdown and setup.
• Large item handling fee – For individual items over 100kg that cannot be disassembled.
Packing Materials
• Packing materials fee – For boxes, tape, and other protective materials if not supplied by the customer.
Transportation-related Costs
• Parking, tolls – Based on actual conditions during the move.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
