How to Pack Fridges, Kitchen Items & Fragile Goods

 

Packing tips:

- Use small boxes for plates, bowls, and mugs dont overfill

- Wrap sharp knives in towels or use blade covers

- Seal spice bottles with cling wrap and place upright in boxes or bags

- Stack pans inside one another, using towels in between to prevent scratches

- Place loose items like utensils and openers in zip bags first

Use the right materials:

- Bubble wrap, thick towels, or clothes for cushioning

- Small boxes with padding inside (e.g., newspaper or clothing)

- Pack plates vertically, like records better shock resistance

- Pack glasses upside-down, stuff with paper to protect rims

- Wrap each item individually to prevent contact
